Active Fit

Get your heart pumping with this fun, low-impact cardio class designed to boost energy, improve endurance, and support heart health. Active Fit blends rhythmic movement with light strength training, balance exercises, and flexibility work to keep the whole body moving and feeling strong. Perfect for older adults and anyone looking for a safe and effective workout, this class helps improve mobility, coordination, and overall wellness. With upbeat music and a welcoming atmosphere, Active Fit is a great way to stay active, build confidence, and support your long-term health. All fitness levels are welcome—just bring your smile and a willingness to move!

Stretch and Strength

This gentle, full-body class focuses on improving flexibility, posture, and muscle tone through guided stretching and light resistance training. Slow, controlled movements help elongate the muscles and ligaments, support joint health, and aid in recovery—perfect for relieving tension and promoting circulation. The strength portion uses light weights to build and maintain muscle, which is especially important for older adults and women to support bone density and balance. Stretch & Strength is a great way to stay mobile, reduce the risk of falls, and feel stronger and more grounded in everyday life. All levels welcome—your body will thank you!

Bootcamp

This high-energy class combines strength, cardio, and endurance through circuit training. Designed to challenge all fitness levels, Bootcamp offers a full-body workout with short bursts of intense activity followed by brief recovery periods. Circuit training is a great way to improve heart health, burn calories, and build muscle while keeping things fun and fast-paced. Participants move through a series of stations targeting different muscle groups, helping to improve balance, flexibility, and overall strength. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to push yourself further, Bootcamp is a great way to stay motivated and see results!

Gentle Fit

This calming class combines chair yoga and meditation to improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being through low-impact, seated movements. Gentle Fit supports circulation, reduces tension, and helps calm the nervous system with mindful breathing and guided relaxation. Ideal for those with limited mobility or looking for a peaceful fitness option, it promotes both physical and emotional balance. After class, enjoy tea, coffee, and conversation—a chance to connect, reduce isolation, and build meaningful relationships. Gentle Fit offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and bond with others in a supportive and social setting.
